Monthly Maintenance Packages
How It Works: Choose a monthly package based on your approximate volume. Additional tasks are included as long as they fit within your package volume and agreed scope.
What counts as an item: Items are countable units such as one transaction, one receipt, one invoice sent or followed up on, one document filed or renamed, or one spreadsheet update request.
This service covers execution and maintenance only. Setup, system design, and banking-related actions are not included.

All prices are in CAD and subject to applicable taxes (GST/QST). Packages are based on defined scope and volume. If your volume consistently exceeds your package, I will recommend the next tier.
